recruit a
Vineyard
Manager/Viticulturist
to join our expanding
Management Team.
Working closely with the Viticultural
Director andWinemaking team the successful candidatewill
be responsible for:
Implementation of all agreed vineyard practices across

the 265 acres site.
Management of all vineyard staff
•
Creation andmanagement of the annual vineyard budget
•
The following attributes are necessary to successfully fill this
role:
A strong focus on peoplemanagement, and the ability to

lead a team.
An industry recognised viticultural or horticultural
•
qualification.
Aminimum of five years’ experience in themanagement
•
of a vineyard or fruit orchard of at least 50 acres in size,
and the accompanying team of staff.
A hands on approach towork.
•
A focus on environmentally sustainable farmingmethods.
•

Castleton Fruit Ltd is a soft fruit farm based in
Aberdeenshire. Due to expansion, there is a fantastic
opportunity for the role of PackhouseManager in a
seasonal soft fruit Packhouse.
The candidate will be responsible for packing product to
meet the needs of retail supermarket customer
specifications. Emphasis will be on quality
management and achieving production targets & goals designated by the
